Teriyaki Brocolli & Carrots

Steam vegetables until tender. Over med. heat melt butter and add olive oil and teriyaki.  Toss in vegetables. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.


1 cup carrots, julienned
2 cups long stem brocolli
1 clove garlic
1 tbls. olive oil
1 tbls. butter
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. teriyaki
salt & pepper
