Potatoes On The Grill by Uncle Kev

Directions

In a grill safe pan add the potatoes and coat them with the salt and pepper.  Cover and put on the top rack of the grill(350-400 degrees) for about 30-45 minutes.  Remove tray from the grill, stir in the remaining ingredients.  Cover and let cook on the grill for an additional 15-30 minutes. 

Sometimes I like to add a cup of shredded cheddar to the mix for an extra bit of goodness.

Ingredients

2 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes.
4 green onions, chopped
6 tbls. butter
12 oz sour cream
1 tbls. Kosher salt
1 tbls black pepper
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
