Onion Mashed Potatoes

Directions
Place cubed potatoes and boulin cubes in a large pot and fill with water to cover potatoes completely. Boil until potatoes slide off fork when punctured (approximately 20mins). Drain water and add salt and pepper.
While potatoes are cooking, saute onions and garlic in butter unitl onions are soft and transparent. Add lemon juice, paprika, and parsley. Add more butter for more favorful and moist potatoes.
Combine onion and garlic mixture to the potatoes and mash together. Serves 6
Ingredients
3 large russett potatoes peeled and cubed
1 large yellow onion sliced
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbls dried parsley
3 chicken boulin cubes
3 tbls salted butter or margarine
1 tsp paprika
1 tbls lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
