BBQ Blackeyed Peas

Brown hamburger meat in a large pot over medium heat with the onion. Drain excess fat.  Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes.


4-6 cans blackeyed peas
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 tsp. salt
1 - 1.5 cups bar-b-que sauce
1 tbls. mustard
3 tbls. brown sugar
3 slices raw bacon
